1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing AssetLens, you agree to these Terms. If using on behalf of an organisation, you represent authority to bind that organisation.
2. Description of Service
AssetLens is a cloud-based fixed asset management platform provided by Kredo Analytics, including asset tracking, depreciation, reporting, and related functionality.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activities under your account and must notify us of unauthorised access.
4. Subscription & Payment
Annual subscription, per asset pricing. All fees exclusive of GST. Invoices due within 30 days. Non-payment may result in suspension after notice.
5. Your Data
You retain all ownership rights. We do not claim intellectual property over your content and access data only to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations.
6. Data Export
Export your data in XLSX, CSV, PDF at any time. Upon termination, full export available within 30 days of request.
7. Service Availability
We target 99.5% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance (communicated 48 hours in advance).
8. Limitation of Liability
Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Data available for export for 90 days post-termination.
10. Governing Law
Governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
